We are a Christian mission in partnership with outreach organizations, including homeless shelters, food pantries, community centers, and Christian churches of various denominations. We work with other service agencies and resources in the region.

NO ONE IS DENIED CARE. We specifically target those who have no ongoing source of health care, particularly the uninsured. We do not attempt to compete with established health care providers. While no patient is required to participate in religious activities in order to receive assistance, CMM offers Christian based counseling.

CMM is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with a base of operations at State Street United Methodist Church in Bristol, VA, and is funded primarily by gifts. CMM is ecumenical in operation, and receives support from several Christian denominations. CMM is a member of the Virginia Association of Free Clinics.
